All Photography Clients must adhere to the Terms & Conditions of IPM Photography

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions constitute a Headshot Photography Booking agreement between you and Imperial Personal Management Ltd (Registered Office 102 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS31JA registered in England under no. 6258074). The terms ‘IPM Acting Academy’, ’IPM, ‘us’, ‘ours’ or ‘we’ are used herein to refer to Imperial Personal Management Ltd. The terms ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘attendee’ refer to the name of the Booking Individual upon  booking a headshot session with ‘IPM Acting Academy’.
 
SESSION  DETAILS
Bookings are available year round. With the exception of Christmas, New Years and Bank Holidays.

• IPM Headshots are provided by our sister company Rossi Pictures.
• Studio doors are open to photography sessions 15 Minutes prior to your booked session. Any arrivals prior to this time will be kindly asked to return within the allotted time.
• Your session will include a wardrobe consultation.
• You are responsible for hair and make-up, unless provided by IPM & Rossi Pictures (See Add-Ons)
• Attendees are required to bring & provide options of outfits/wardrobe (See Booking Details)
• Your session will include approximately 100 - 150 shots.
• Your session will include 2/3 outfit/wardrobe changes and two hairstyles.
• Attendees are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their session and to wait in the foyer due to ongoing sessions.
• You are asked to bring, photo I.D. and/or Your Voucher as proof of purchase if gift vouchers are redeemable for your session.
• All IPM sessions start promptly, if you are aware you are going to be late please forewarn the office immediately; giving as much notice as possible. Texts or calls can be sent to 07961 513 951

FOLLOWING YOUR SESSION

• Final edits are delivered via a password protected gallery via online platforms
• All photography sessions include 3 final edits for your portfolio.
• If you are selecting your edits. Your gallery will be visible for 14 days. 
• If you are selecting your edits (See Add-ons) you will be asked to provide these with in 14 days of receiving your gallery
• Final edits are aimed to be delivered within 7 days of your final selections being provided. Subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, number edits etc. 

 BOOKINGS

• Bookings are available year round and are subject to photographer availability. Saturdays are included.
• Bookings must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice, more notice if booking Add-On Services (Please see Add-ons)
• The recipient of any gift vouchers are required to book their session with IPM by calling 0113 244 3222 and will be asked to produce the voucher upon arrival prior to any session.
• Confirmation of all bookings will be given via email
• Confirmation of outline for wardrobe/outfits, hair and make-up will be sent to the recipient following bookings via email and over the phone.
• Consultation of outfits and shots will be provided upon arrival to your session
• Outfit options are required, IPM is not responsible for providing outfits for photography sessions. You must provide your own outfits/wardrobe.

ADD-ONS

• Add-On services are available upon request and based on availability (i.e Make-Up, Hair, Career Consultation)
• Add-On services are to be paid with your session fee (See Payments)
• Add-on options for additional edits, or industry advice/selection are available upon request and on the day.

PAYMENT

• All Headshot fees are to be made 24 hours prior to your arrival via Square Payment Links on your confirmation email or via provided BACS details.
• If fees are not paid prior to your session, IPM will require fees to be paid before any photography or consultations are taken via Cash or Card.
• If fees are not paid prior to the session, IPM & Rossi Pictures hold the right to refuse service.
• All fees cover the studio session, edits and wardrobe consultation. Add-ons are available, please see add-ons

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• We require 24 hours notice of any cancellations
• A cancellation fee may be require for any cancellations made after 24 hours notice.
• No refunds are applicable. 

Parking
Pay & Display is available on Kirkstall Road opposite IPM Studios I02 Kirkstall Road, LS3 1JA.

Disclaimer 

IPM & ROSSI PICTURES hold the rights to the use of images for promotional and website use. Upon booking you agree to IPM & Rossi Pictures use of imager for promotional and website use.
All headshots are taken with the artistic and creative license of the photographer Any specific requests in regards to your headshots should be made with the photographer during your consultation.

Data Protection and Your Information 

The personal data included in the enrolment form will be ‘Processed’ (as such terms are defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) by IPM: IPM Acting Academy, for the purpose of administration, research and for the administration of IPM: IPM Acting Academy. IPM Acting Academy will not disclose this information to third parties for marketing purposes, but may itself provide you with company marketing information.

 By booking your Headshot Photography with IPM Acting Academy you are deemed to consent to the use of such personal data for the above purposes and agree to adhere to our Terms & Condition’s set out above.  ​

PARKING
​Parking is available at the Pay & Display car park located on Kirstall Road and Burley Road. This is at the discretion of the vehicle owner. IPM is not liable for any damage or missing property of the client or those partaking in the session.
